The atmosphere on board is warm with beautiful leather seats and a touch screen that creates a real surprise thanks to its large size. The ergonomics are also clean, even if I find that the shift lever controls and “Brake” mode controls are too small, which is a bit awkward when I want to handle them while driving. Similarly, given the size of the C5 X (4.81 m long Ed) I was expecting a larger trunk (485 l in this plug-in hybrid version against 545 l for thermal versions, due to the presence of the battery Editor’s note). Otherwise, I immediately felt safe behind the wheel of this C5 X with which we benefit from a very good visibility and an excellent road feel. The Ë-EAT8 automatic gearbox might be a little more to my liking, but the torque of the electric motor is a guarantee of safety and serenity. Power is available immediately. A delight, we really feel like we have a magical power!
