A mobility credit or a sustainable mobility package
This service makes it easier for companies to offer their employees an alternative to the company car through a “mobility credit” that allows them to access different types of transport to choose from, from the electric bicycle to the self-service scooter, passing by train. This without, however, eliminating the possibility that the worker has a company car, at least part-time.
Better, this service also allows ALD to expand its activity to 26 million French employees, as it allows the implementation and simplified management of the Sustainable Mobility Package created by the LOM law. Optional but exempt from taxes and social security contributions up to 600 euros per year and per worker, the latter came into force on May 10, 2020. “encourage the use of cleaner transport for daily commuting”. With the generalization of teleworking and the arrival of new employee aspirations, this Sustainable Mobility Package is an alternative to the traditional reimbursement of the public transport pass, up to 50%.

“At the forefront of innovation”
“With ALD Move, we offer companies the opportunity to move from car policy to mobility policy, that is, to move from car mobility management to multimobility.” says Gilles Bellemère, CEO of ALD Automotive. This is a “operational, digital, simple and complete solution with support from A to Z for its implementation”, bid. Based on the technical platform developed by the Belgian start-up Skipr, in which ALD has invested 17%, ALD Move offers corporate fleet managers (or mobility) centralized administrative management, which groups the billing of the different services and , in particular, provides a report of CO emissions2 to quantify the reduction in carbon impact. For employees, the service comes in the form of a payment card, paired with a mobile app, which allows payment from various authorized service providers, such as restaurant vouchers.
“This solution is still ultra minority,” adds Gilles Bellemère. Far from immediately replacing the demand for company cars, nor the car rental business, says ALD Move demonstrates “The resilience of the ALD model.” “ We support the current needs of companies, while being at the forefront of innovation in new services. He said. Then to conclude: “This ensures the sustainability of our model for decades to come.”
